Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Items that are in stock will be shipped within two business days of confirmation of your order and Payment. In the event an item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted and informed as to the estimated time of delivery. Deliveries for CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS must be made to the billing address on file with the applicable credit card company.

Deliveries for BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS will be sent to which ever address client nominates.

Depending on your Country, State or Location most orders are received within 2 to 7 working days from date of dispatch.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase as there appears to be a discrepancy, immediately contact us, we will do our utmost to investigate and resolve any inconsistency at once.

In the event that a resolution can not be found to completely satisfy you, we are happy to offer a 14 day money back Guarantee from date of transaction offering a full refund less any extraordinary expenses of handling, shipping, insurance, taxes, bank transactions fees and any costs to us associated in re-classifying or regarding of goods if necessary. The goods must in original new unworn unaltered or personalized condition in any way including laser inscription for refund to be assured.

What accompanies my diamond or diamond ring?

Loose diamonds and or diamond rings will be shipped with the original laboratory certificates. If any additional documentation is available or requested such as local independent appraisals, valuations, technical diamond reports, etc, these items will also be included. In some cases, however, the diamond will be shipped with a copy of the original documentation. Original documents will be mailed once the diamond is received.

Once you receive your diamond or diamond ring.

Once you have received your purchase it's always a good idea to have your diamond or diamond ring checked by an unbiased local gemologist or jeweler face to face if possible. The gemologist or jeweler should able to review and confirm the details of your laboratory or diamond grading report to match your diamond exactly.

Please note we use the highest quality international diamond grading reports which are third party to us and triple checked by our diamond graders and gemologists to be true and correct. Please see the following link for types of reports we use, Certified Diamonds. If any major discrepancy is noted by your gemologist or jeweler which differs from actual laboratory report please contact us immediately and we will act to investigate at once and rectify if this has been a mistake in shipping or any thing on our part.

If there is a minor difference in opinion between your gemologist or jeweler we take the view of the established laboratory certificate and our diamonds graders first over your gemologist or jeweler. We advise that you present a full copy of the diamonds certificate to your gemologist or jeweler for their verification with the diamond, if you did not present them together in the first instance, this way they may double check their opinion against the established laboratory grading certificate. If there is still a difference in opinion this will be investigated and an open amount of time for a refund will be offered until resolved.
